BACKGROUND:
ACS Supplier Sdn Bhd is a company that supplies aggregate, sand and cement to the client especially in the construction field. The main objective of the company is to be the main supplier for these three raw materials. Since Kuantan is one of the growth cities in Malaysia, ACS Supplier take the advantage to start the business. It also gives benefit to the client to get the materials easier. We look ahead to supply the materials to the construction companies and public because it is the main items in construction. ACS Supplier focused on these three raw materials because we concern about the demand in construction projects and to fulfill the requirement of construction works.
TARGET OF PROJECT:
The company’s targets are the construction companies and public.
SUMMARY:
In every construction, aggregate, cement and sand are among the main raw material used. We want to supply these materials because of the market demand for these materials are increase day by day. For the short term business, we plan to supply the materials to the construction companies and public in Pahang and gain 30% profit in first 6 months. For the long term business we aim to launch new branches in Malaysia and to be one of the main suppliers East Coast Peninsular Malaysia. The Figure 1 shows the flow chart of business supply for our company.
